Lab of Inks and Letter Formulas

Once you have learned the basics of traditional calligraphy and if you want to develop your own different variations and create colored or metallic inks, this workshop is for you. In this class you will experiment in the ink laboratory to create new colors based on different materials, metallic pigments, paints, gouages, etc. In addition, formulas will be taught to develop new variations of letters (based on typecooker, a parameter generator to draw letters) and exercises will be practiced to have a better understanding of the technique, consistency and harmony in new variations as well as the control of tools and mediums.
