In this workshop we will consciously combine calligraphy with mindfulness.
The end of the year is a perfect time to analyze the year that is ending and think about what we would like to achieve and improve in the next year.
In this workshop we will consciously combine calligraphy with setting goals and resolutions for the year ahead.
We will help ourselves with breathing exercises to focus our mind and intention in our practice; meditation to take the positive and free ourselves of past experiences and frustrations and be able to focus on the present and plan for the future. We will define our purposes and more importantly, we will see them reflected on a final piece with calligraphy, which we can keep and keep in mind…
