Special Calligraphy Workshop "The Path" + Mindfulness Calligraphy (Special Edition Workshop 8 hours)

September 18 and 19 (10am to 2pm both days)

In this workshop we will consciously combine calligraphy with mindfulness.

We will be working with breathing exercises to focus our mind and intention on our practice; This workshop considers meditation to take the positive and free ourselves from past experiences and frustrations and be able to focus on the present and plan for the future. We will define our practice's purpose & intention and most importantly, we will see that reflected on a final piece with calligraphy, which we can preserve and keep in mind and in sight. This dynamic will help us to verbalize our purposes, capture them on paper with our hand in a present way and make us aware of the changes we want to achieve. 

All this by learning our new style "The Path" which is a very free and gestural style of modern calligraphy and which will help us put a lot of emphasis on our breathing so that everything we write is loaded with our consciousness and intentions.

At the end of the workshop you will learn in depth the lowercase and uppercase alphabets of "The Path", we will also create beautiful final pieces with your purposes so that you can keep them in mind.

The transmission of this live workshop has been scheduled for two days from 10am to 2pm (a total of 8 hours)

-An all-inclusive ticket, which gives you access to the live class, a kit with all exercise sheets and materials you need for the class (listed below), access to the recorded class (available for a week), and shipping included.

-Or you can simply get the Live Class ticket, so you can join the class online and access the recording (available for a week) and work with your own materials

These sessions are limited to a small group of people and each person at the end of the class will have a private interaction with Aspacia (the instructor), to review your work, resolve any questions and comments. (However, during class there will be a way to ask questions through zoom's chat so that Aspacia can answer for all attendees.)
